Returns / Cancellations / Refunds

Regarding non-defective products/services

Due to the nature of digital content and subscription services, we do not accept returns or refunds for user convenience.

Regarding cancellations after the start of service, if you contact us at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, we will stop the renewal. Please note that we cannot refund monthly fees that have already been incurred.

Regarding defective products/services

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • When payment is completed but membership is not activated due to system failure
  • When duplicate payments occur
  • When service cannot be provided due to our technical defects
  • When the service content differs significantly from what was specified at the time of contract

Refund Procedure
